Too Fat, Too Furious Food Truck Fridays...
this amazing event occurs weekly just across the street from us in the parking lot of Best Buy. If you are still under the impression that food trucks are the "Roach Coach" from the past, you are way behind the trend.
In the LA/OC area, Food Trucks are the trendiest eateries around, and definitely the hot spot for Friday night entertainment in Fullerton!

Gourmet gnocchi, deluxe burgers, tri tip sandwiches with blue cheese cole slaw, sweet potato fries, and cheese cake shots are a few of the foodie finds that my friends and I devoured Friday night at our local food truck meet up, while celebrating my 27th Birthday!

The names of the trucks on the "line-up" for last Friday night include: Bacon Mania, The Bakery Truck, LA Fresh Fries, and Shortstop BBQ.
